What a fun filled emotional roller-coaster ride this story was. Very entertaining read from beginning to the end. So many questions left for the others that you cant help but sit on pins and needles waiting to know what will happen next. Looking forward to the new story later this year.

This book, along with the previous one about Andres, was one I had been waiting for for a while now. I rather liked it and thought it fit the idea I had about Tommaso from when I first met him in Accidentally in Love with a…god? I really liked how everything, good and bad, was thrown out in this book to give the reader a good idea about what kind of person he was. I don’t remember hearing too much about his family in previous books so that is one thing I rather liked to have heard about. The only thing is that … I didn’t really like Charlotte that much. I get the paranoia and feel for her about how her mom … was just batpoop crazy. The revelations about her family, I already knew about Sadie, were just great. I mean who thinks about an incubus named Chuck … seriously?
The arrogance was a bit over the top, but if I remember right he was like this when we met him. It was just we got to see a lot more of him so it was too much for me at times. This is where being blind and not having to see to read comes in handy … I can be constantly rolling my eyes and still follow along with the story.
I still really enjoyed this book as I’ve enjoyed all of the other books that are connected to each other and easily see myself reading it again.
Tomasso was the 15th book by Mimi that I have read+ I can't say enough about her awesome ideas in telling a story. The woman is a genius. In between you will find humor to die for.
All I can say about this book + it's author is,, buy her books + you will never go wrong.

Book 2 in the Immortal Matchmaker Series is all about Tommaso. Once a good guy gone bad then turned good again he’s once again turning evil but not by choice. As Cimil had predicted after they saved the world from the near apocalypse, good immortals that are not mated are turning evil and the bad ones are turning good but we aren’t worried the bad ones turning good are we? Nope not in the slightest. But the good ones turning bad, well this makes the task that has been bestowed upon Cimil and Zac’s all the more important. They have had their powers taken from them until they match 100 immortals with their mates. They have started holding “mixers” where both immortals and humans are invited in hopes that they will find their mates. It was at one of these mixers that Tommaso met or rather saw the woman who he knows is mate, only one problem, she was set to be mated with his best friend who feel in love with someone else. Crazy right? Well that right there is what keeps me coming back for more. As Tommaso tries to figure out the cryptic answers that Cimil gives him, he must track down his mate before he turns completely bad. Hopefully it’s not too late because he distinctly remembers her running from him and him tying her up in a closet but he can’t remember where.

The book was written a little differently than her past books. The first part is written in Tommaso’s POV and the second half is written in Charlotte’s. But it’s not until the last half of the book that you learn that Charlotte isn’t who we thought we was. Also in this book is more of Zac and Tula. You can’t help but feel bad for the poor man because he’s obsessed with her and the more that she does to try and push him away with her shapeless clothes they more that he wants her. It’s probably my favorite parts of the book well that the parts that learn what Tommaso does when he blacks out. LOL!

The only downfall to this book is that there aren’t as many hot, sexy love scenes as her past books that we have come to expect but in her defense, she does apologize for it at the end of the book, well kind of…

Up next is Belch, the God of Wine due out later this year. I can’t wait to see what’s in store for him. You get a small glimpse at the end of this book and I have a feeling that he will soon be losing his beer belly that he has worked so hard to make. ;)
